Galactic Ice Return and Refund Policy.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. To start a return, contact Galactic Ice using the contact information provided on our website. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Return shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. If we determine the issue is on our end, Galactic Ice will cover return or replacement shipping.

 Limited plated moissanite final sale. All items identified as limited plated moissanite are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law or our responsibility for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Exchanges.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If an eligible item is approved for return, you may place a new order separately. Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
